Loop Investments (Loop), is a privately held real estate firm that specializes in the creation of opportunity across multiple real estate sectors including commercial, retail, multifamily and senior housing and care facilities.

Since the very beginning, our core concentration has been on the acquisition and operation of traditional, market rate and senior living multifamily housing communities. These communities are located in select, high-growth markets across the Midwest and in parts of Israel. Loop has attained an exceptional track record of success in recognizing and enhancing under performing properties. This is done by instituting and upholding a rigorous process of evaluation, performing extensive due-diligence, continuously taking analyses of the market, and collaboration with a top-tier professional property management firm. At Loop, we employ a proactive approach to all aspects of a community’s repositioning to ensure increased asset valuation.

Our main belief is that success is found in the details and built through consistent hands-on involvement. Our management approach is meant to help maintain investor expectations throughout the process. This involves conservative underwriting, ongoing emphasis on asset performance, and thorough research and due diligence. As owners, managers and developers, Loop Investments currently exceeds $500 million in real estate holding, and will continue to methodically and gradually increase the value and size of the portfolio.

Through the establishment and management of several successful businesses in the retail and tourism industries, Mr. Lopiansky can be characterized as a true entrepreneur. As a co-founder of Loop Investments, he is actively involved in all aspects of the business, with an emphasis on organizational development, systems integration and overall company growth. With a never-ending desire to succeed and an uncompromised approach based on high integrity, Mr. Lopiansky has earned a strong reputation as a leader in his field

In addition to earning a Master’s in Business Administration from the prestigious Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, Mr. Nayman has attained a high level of experience in the real estate construction and management sectors. As one of the co-founders of Loop Investments, Mr. Nayman has participated in all cross-functional aspects of the business. In his current role with LI, Mr. Nayman maintains a concentration of new business development and, accordingly, on investor relations.

Shmuel NaymanCo-Founder and Principal

Mr. Gross has more than 30 years of International Business experience, with a core concentration on finance. Prior to joining LI in his capacity of CEO, Mr. Gross held several roles with increasing responsibility, including Consultant/CEO/CFO of Hasbro Israel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc., and the CFO of Rokar International, a wholly owned subsidiary of B.A.E. Systems. Mr. Gross holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master’s in Science in Operations Research from Tel-Aviv University.

From the onset, Mr. Ackerman has held various financial and managerial positions for Loop Investments. Mr. Ackerman has also built a business career as an entrepreneur with an independent background in the stock market, participation in the long term real estate investment market and by working closely with Mr. Lopiansky in several of his past retail ventures. Mr. Ackerman has recently earned a Certified Public Accounting Degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
