January 2022 – Loop investments acquired refinancing on Country Meadows in Ypsilanti, MI. Acquired in 2016 for $14M, capital improvements of over $3M have resulted in significant increased value of the asset. Enhancements include laundry room and Wi-Fi Cafe renovation, common area hallway upgrades, the addition of a community Lounge, fitness center equipment replacement, installation of fenced pet park, roof replacements as needed, and the replacement of boilers in seven of nine buildings. Additionally, the curb appeal has been improved with lighting, and improvements of the landscaping and exterior building aesthetics.  Investors have received 117% COC to date.
