December 2022 – Loop Investments sold the Midland, MI portfolio for $49M resulting in a 40.8% IRR for the LP or 3.5 times their original investment.   The portfolio consists of three properties, Mulberry Lane, Perrine Pointe, and Robin Oaks totaling 449 units located in Midland, MI.   The portfolio was acquired in 2017 for a purchase price of $23.9M.   Capital improvements totaling $537K improved the properties curb appeal, unit interiors, amenities and operations increasing property value significantly and increasing rents by more than 20%.
