November 2021 – Loop Investments sold Serenity Park in November 2021 for $24.9M.  The property was acquired in 2020 at an occupancy of just 50% at a purchase price of $17M.  At the time of the sale, the property was at 90% occupancy which is an impressive turnaround considering the acquisition was at the height of the pandemic. Loop secured a $17M loan for refinancing in April 2021 and the unit interiors were renovated by the end of the year.
