November 2021 – Loop Investments sold the Southwest Michigan Portfolio for $21.25M resulting in a 28.77% IRR.   The portfolio consists of three properties totaling 358 units located in Buchanan & Niles, MI: Buchanan Place, North Niles Villa, and West Wind.  The properties were purchased in 2017 for $14M.  Capital improvements totaling $607K improved the properties curb appeal, unit interiors, amenities and operations increasing property value significantly and increasing rents by more than 20%.
